Roundup of crimes in Adur district

A ROUNDUP of crimes reported to the police across Adur between Monday, March 31 and Sunday, April 6 has been released.

The police report revealed that in the ward of St Mary’s in Shoreham, a bicycle was stolen from an unsecured communal shed in Upper Shoreham Road on April 3.

A commercial property in Evershed Way, also in St Mary’s ward in Shoreham, was broken into at some point between April 4 and April 7 and cabling and batteries were stolen.

In St Nicolas ward in Shoreham on April 4, number plates were stolen from a vehicle in The Street.

A Yamaha motorcycle was stolen from a property in Kingsland Close in Southlands ward, Shoreham, on April 1, and a failed attempt was made to break into a property in Kingston Close in the same ward on April 2.

No access was gained to the property.

A van was broken into and tools were stolen in Park Way, in Eastbrook ward in Southwick on April 4.
