NHS advises on having a “dry January”

West Sussex health specialists are urging residents to consider having a “Dry January”.

Following the traditional season of excess for many at Christmas, the NHS and Alcohol Concern are advising a month of detoxing. For full information about the scheme, which has already been taken up by thousands of people, visit www.dryjanuary.org.uk
