Get in groove for Christmas Zumba party

A Christmas Zumba party being held in Shoreham in aid of Barnardos is set to be a real family affair.

Zumba instructors Helen Hastie and Charlotte Fisher are holding the party at the Shoreham Centre, Pond Road, on Saturday.

“The party will be for adults and children, as I also teach Zumbatomic, which is for children aged between four and 12 years,” said Helen, of Bramber Court, St Giles Close, Shoreham.

“There will be plenty of your favourite Zumba routines, a raffle, face painting and a Zumbatomic session for the children.

“We hope to raise as much as we can for Barnardos.”

The party takes place from 2pm to 4pm, with tickets costing £10 for adults £10 and £4 for children.

Please call 07538113059 or 07538963642, or visit www.zumbawithcharlotte.co.uk to book. Anyone who cannot attend the class but wishes to donate can also do so via the website.

Last year, a similar party organised by Charlotte at the Shoreham Centre raised £400 for Worthing Hospital’s stroke ward.

Almost 100 people from all walks of life got in the groove and made the party a great success.

“Zumba Fitness is the only latin-inspired dance-fitness programme that blends red-hot international music and contagious steps to form a ‘fitness-party’ that is downright addictive,” explains Charlotte.

“It’s an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, latin inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party that’s moving millions of people toward joy and health!”

It is now the world’s largest dance fitness programme.
