FERRET racing, steam engines and artisan drinks tours are just some of the attractions on offer at Mile Oak Farm Open Day on Saturday.

The charity fundraiser is being laid on by farmer David Cross and his wife Julia at their 1,100-acre farm, on the South Downs off the A27 Shoreham bypass.

Entry is free and all proceeds from the activities will be donated to local charities, including Martlets Hospice in Hove.

The farm, in Mile Oak Road, is open from 10am to 4pm and parking is free.
