Man spotted in Hastings CCTV may help theft probe

A 61-year-old woman’s bank cards are believed to have been stolen from her room at a hotel in Clifton Gardens, Folkestone, between 7pm on January 27, and 9am the following day.
The victim was alerted after a phone call she received at the hotel from someone claiming to be from her bank and asking her questions about her cards.

Hide AdWhen she went to her room to check them, she discovered they were missing and reported it to Kent Police.
Investigating officers discovered money had also been withdrawn from her account.
CCTV footage of a man in Queens Road, Hastings, on January 28, was sourced and police believe he may be able to assist them with their enquiries.
