CCTV image released after sexual assault

Police have released a CCTV image following a sexual assault at Brighton railway station.

At about 3.15pm on Sunday, November 20 a man entered WH Smith at Brighton railway station and touched a woman inappropriately, police say.

He then walked out of the shop and left the station.

Officers would like to speak to the man shown in the CCTV images as he may have information which could help with the investigation.

Members of the public who recognise him or have any other information about the incident should contact PC Paul Burtoft at British Transport Police by calling 0800 40 50 40 quoting reference number 170 2/12/16 or text information to 61016.
