HORSHAM District Council has launched a new website – accessible any time, anywhere and from any device.
The launch, offering advanced online services that are clearer, simpler and faster, follows an extensive review.
The council said its website (www.horsham.gov.uk) received hundreds of thousands of visits each year.
Helena Croft, deputy leader and cabinet member for communication, said: “Enabling a much slicker online experience was the key aim of improving our web offering to Horsham District Council users.
“We have put our users at the centre of this and tailored the website enhancements around the feedback we received from them.”
The new website offers improved search and navigation, making it easier to find key information, and it is accessible on mobile phones and tablets.
More improvements are planned over the next year, including offering more services online and using digital platforms to engage further with residents and customers.
Residents can give their views on the new website via a link on the home page.
