The Pelham is in the former Pelham Hotel and many of the rooms have remained in disrepair and unavailable due to the large amount of work needed to refurbish them.
Project manager Ollie Jeffs said: “We are keen to see as many groups within the community using the space, whether visiting our café, which is open four days a week, Wednesday to Saturday 9.30am- 2.30pm, or by using the meeting rooms available on site.”

Police community support officer Rachael Scott said: “It is encouraging to see the improvements and meet the people who are working tirelessly behind the scenes to make it such a welcoming place to visit.”
