HUNDREDS of children in fancy dress were given a spooky Hallowe’en treat in Steyning.
The atmosphere in Roman Road was electric, as a popular Hallowe’en haunt welcomed trick-or-treaters.
Christine Peters and her family have been decorating there driveway and house there for the past ten years or so, adding something new every year.
“This year we added animatronics and had 430 trick or treaters, all in fancy dress, including pets, come knocking,” said Christine.
“The atmosphere is electric, with children and adults alike jumping, screaming and laughing.”
