ACTRESS and playwright Janet Behan is now casting for five new short plays, being presented at Shoreham WordFest.
The Making a Drama Out of Nothing evening will be held at the Shoreham Centre on Friday, October 3.
People interested in script-in-hand reading are sought and Janet is particularly keen to find an older man who can do a Welsh accent and two men in their early 20s, ideally Middle Eastern or Asian.

Janet, who grew up in Shoreham and has recently returned to live in the town, ran a 17-week playwriting course earlier in the year and the 12 short plays, lasting a maximum of 15 minutes, were put before a judging panel for the final selection.
See next week’s Herald for more details about the plays.
